Please Note: 
Dr Drummond and her staff are unable to enter into any communication via email or internet regarding any skin issues unless you are a current patient of the practice (seen within the previous year). Even then, email exchanges will be limited and brief. If more extended or complex discussion of any issue is needed or requested, a review appointment (which could be conducted face to face, by video or telephone) should be scheduled. It may not be possible to offer diagnosis via email, and consultation may be needed.

Dr Drummond will not answer questions about skin issues that your friends or family may have, or about any drugs, treatments or procedures of a general dermatological nature.

REFERRALS

Although the staff of Drummond Dermatology will do their best to remind patients about referrals, it is the patient’s own responsibility to ensure their referral is valid and up to date. This particularly applies to returning patients.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Repeat prescriptions without a consultation will only be issued if you have been seen in the practice within the last 12 months, and only if clinically appropriate. It may be medically necessary to review you either in person or by telehealth consultation. A script fee is usually charged.
