What is a Dermatologist?

A dermatologist is a specialist who, in addition to standard medical training ( University degree and hospital training) , has completed post graduate qualifications in the training program of The Australasian College of Dermatologists. This involves 4 years of practical training, followed by a rigorous written and oral Fellowship examination.

Although the staff of Drummond Dermatology will do their best to remind patients about referrals, it is the patient’s own responsibility to ensure their referral is valid and up to date. This particularly applies to returning patients.
